Cancellation Policy:
For Eyebrow Lamination and tinting, Eyelash lift and tinting, Tooth Gem application appointments the cancellation policy is 24 hours of notice Same-day cancellation/ no show is a $30 fee.
For a cosmetic tattoo appointment, there is 48 hours of notice. Same-day cancellation/ No show will result in the $100 deposit from the consultation being put towards the cancellation fee.
For Makeup appointments it is a 48 hour cancellation policy is 48 hours of notice. Same-day cancellation/ No show is a 50$ fee.
It is important to note that the cancellation policy for Batwing Beauty Bar requests that my Bitten Crew adhere to this policy to avoid any inconvenience on both sides
Running Late:
If you are late to your appointment, please call or text to let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will kindly ask that we reschedule for a later time, if available, or a future date. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, so please don’t hesitate to inform me if you are running behind schedule. However, in order to ensure the smooth flow of my schedule, I may need to make alternative arrangements if the delay exceeds 15 minutes. Privacy:
Your private information, including but not limited to appointment history, payment details, and/or health concerns, will be securely stored in our salon database. It will not be misused or shared outside of the organization.
Your contact information is required in order for the salon to clearly communicate appointment details and reminders, product and marketing initiatives, and business announcements.
We understand the importance of privacy and take the necessary measures to ensure that your contact information is protected. Rest assured that we will only use it for Batwing Beauty Bar communication purposes and will not disclose it to any third parties without your consent.
Makeup Removal:
This policy ensures that the procedure can be performed efficiently and effectively, as makeup residue can interfere with the desired results. Additionally, arriving without makeup in the specific area saves time for both the client and the technician, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable experience. Foundation is OK, but try to avoid makeup in the area I will be working on, i.e., no mascara if I am performing an eyelash lift and tint service. If you arrive with makeup in a specified area, there will be a $10 makeup removal fee. Thanks for understanding, Bitten.

I will not, under any circumstances, perform any cosmetic tattoo services on anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety and well-being of individuals, as cosmetic tattoo procedures can have potential risks and complications and are a modification to one’s body. Additionally, it aligns with legal regulations and industry standards that aim to protect minors from making permanent decisions at a young age.
Eyebrow Lamination/ Eyelash Lifting and Tinting & Tooth Gem Services:
The age policy is 16 years or older, with the requirement of parental consent if under 18. Seeking parental consent for individuals under 18 acknowledges the importance of involving guardians in decision-making processes. This requirement promotes transparency, accountability, and enhanced protection for minor clients. Please come to your first appointment 10 minutes early to give yourself time to fill out the required form.
Full Body Painting Services:
Batwing Beauty bar cares about the well-being and protection of anyone wanting this service.This policy mandates that individuals partaking in full body painting must be 18 years or older, with appropriate underwear and coverings required. If under 18 there needs to be parental consent and forms that will be filled out prior to the service being done. This stringent requirement stems from the understanding that body painting involves intimate artistic expression and potentially exposes vulnerable areas of the body. This policy aligns with legal regulations regarding adult-oriented content and protects both the artist and subject from potential legal repercussions. I want to make sure my Bitten Crew members are comfortable and knowledgeable of the requirements to do this before the service.
